We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Facilities Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis, working 42 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and repairs: Undertake minor repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure the facilities are in good condition.
  • External Maintenance: Ensure the exterior of the site is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, including general external maintenance tasks.
  • Contractor Management: Assist the facilities team with controlling contractors' processes, ensuring they adhere to site policies and rules.
  • Site Operations: Open and close the building as required and represent Compass Group UK&I while maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Safety Compliance: Comply with Health & Safety regulations at all times.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, be adaptable, and eager to learn. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Our salary range for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
