We are seeking a skilled Electrical Facilities Specialist to join our team at Schneider Electric.

Job Description

This role involves commissioning new projects, installing new product lines, carrying out facilities-based electrical repairs and installations, providing guidance to other team members, and assisting with tasks as needed. You will be an essential part of a multifunctional team, working towards a sustainable facility.

Responsibilities:
  1. Commissioning of new projects (electrically)
  2. Installation of new product lines (electrical feeds)
  3. Carry out facilities-based electrical repairs and installations
  4. Provide guidance to other/younger members of the maintenance team to help develop their electrical abilities
  5. Help other maintenance team members with their tasks where needed and within your competences

Education and Qualifications

You should have:

  • Completed a time served apprenticeship scheme
  • BS7671:2018 qualification
  • Proof of experience and competencies
  • City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent
Desirable Skills

Prior experience in mobile elevated work platforms - scissor lift, renewables installation, and PASMA mobile access towers would be beneficial.
