Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to install and maintain electrical systems and fire alarm systems across the South West region. The ideal candidate will hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical and fire alarm systems
  • Conduct risk assessments and report findings to clients
  • Liaise with client site teams regarding building service issues
  • Complete documentation as specified by regulatory requirements
  • Attend site meetings and training sessions to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines at all times
  • Collaborate with other Mitie disciplines to provide comprehensive services

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in electrical installation and maintenance
  • Hold City & Guilds 2356 Part 1 & 2, City & Guilds 2357, BS 7671 Electrical Regulations 18th Edition certifications
  • Demonstrate ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision
  • Possess a valid Full UK Driving Licence
  • Show willingness to work at heights and in confined spaces
