About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team in Shrewsbury, Oswestry, and Market Drayton. As a Waking Nights Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care to our service users living independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care and hygiene, turning, and medication
  • Support service users with planned and responsive care after leaving hospital
  • Work collaboratively with a colleague at all times, using a Company vehicle fully insured and funded by the Company
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • No experience necessary - full training provided
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
