About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team as a Waking Nights Care Worker. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our service users living independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide night care to service users, including assisting with personal care and hygiene, turning, and medication.
  • Work collaboratively with a colleague to provide flexible and responsive care that meets the individual needs of our service users.
  • Use a Company vehicle, fully insured and funded by Radis, to travel to service user locations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in care provision.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
