Role Overview

As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the life of a young individual living with his family. He is outgoing and enjoys interacting with his caregivers. His hobbies include gaming, watching films, walking dogs, and exploring the local community. As a driver, you will be expected to operate the provided Motability vehicle to assist him in his activities.

  • A valid driver's license is essential
  • Understanding of person-centred care principles
  • Ability to foster meaningful relationships

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in caregiving is advantageous but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
