Job Summary

We are seeking a Weekend Care Assistant to join our team in Shrewsbury. As a Weekend Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our clients in their own homes, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and emotional support.
  • Assist clients with household duties, such as cleaning and laundry.
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A full UK driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Good professional and personal references.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
