Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily routines, such as getting up in the morning and preparing for bed at night.
- Provide personal care assistance, ensuring clients' physical and emotional needs are met.
- Ensure clients' homes are safe and clean, promoting a healthy and comfortable living environment.
- Prepare meals and collect shopping or prescriptions, supporting clients' independence.
- Accompany clients to appointments in the community, providing transportation and companionship.
- Offer emotional support and companionship, building strong relationships with clients.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.00 (weekdays) and £12.75 (weekends).
- Paid travel time and mileage (40p per mile).
- Evening shifts available (weekdays and weekends).
- A comprehensive induction and training package, including a fully funded Care Certificate.
- Ongoing, paid training opportunities, including Apprenticeships and accredited courses.
- A supportive and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for career progression.
