We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team as a Waking Nights Care Worker. As a Waking Nights Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care to our service users living independently in their own homes, ensuring their safety and well-being during the night hours.
Key Responsibilities- Assist service users with personal care and hygiene, including turning and medication
- Provide responsive care to service users, including those who have recently left hospital
- Work collaboratively with a colleague to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered
- Use a Company vehicle, fully insured and funded by the Company, to travel to service user locations
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide high-quality care to service users
- Full or part-time hours available
- Excellent career progression opportunities
- Full training and support to achieve the Care Certificate and other relevant qualifications
