About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Radis Community Care. As a Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our service users living independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and hygiene, including turning and medication
- Provide flexible and responsive care to meet the needs of our service users
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users
Requirements
- Be a driver with your own transport (car, motorcycle, moped, etc.)
- Have a positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent care and support
- Be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
