We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team in Shrewsbury, Oswestry, and Market Drayton. As a Waking Nights Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our service users living independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with personal care and hygiene, turning, and medication
- Support service users with planned and responsive care after leaving hospital
- Work collaboratively with a colleague at all times, using a Company vehicle fully insured and funded by the Company
- Provide flexible and responsive care to meet the individual needs of our service users
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care
- Full or part-time hours available
- Excellent career progression opportunities
- Full training and support to achieve the Care Certificate and other qualifications
