About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and resilient individual to join our team as a Waking Nights Care Worker in the Shrewsbury, Oswestry, and Market Drayton areas.
As a Waking Nights Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care to service users living independently in their own homes, focusing on their unique needs and requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing assistance with personal care and hygiene, including turning and medication
- Supporting service users with planned and responsive care after hospital discharge, working collaboratively with colleagues
- Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for service users, utilizing a fully insured and funded Company vehicle for transportation
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a driver with your own transport, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.
