We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Radis Community Care. As a Waking Nights Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our service users living independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide night care to service users, assisting with personal care and hygiene, turning, and medication.
- Work collaboratively with a colleague to ensure a safe and supportive environment for our service users.
- Use a Company vehicle, fully insured and funded by Radis Community Care, to travel to service user locations.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
