Eurocell is a leading manufacturer of uPVC products, and we are seeking an experienced Trade Branch Manager to lead our Croydon Branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a small team, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a small team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage day-to-day branch operations, including team absences and deployment
  • Develop relationships with customers and enhance the sales and customer experience within the branch
  • Support regional teams with recruitment and training
Requirements
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a trade or retail environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive sales growth
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage a team effectively
