About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Trade Branch Network. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and customer experience within your branch, while also developing and leading a small team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a small team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and customer experience within the branch
  • Manage day-to-day branch operations, including team absences and deployment
  • Support the regional teams with recruitment and training
  • Provide exceptional customer service and operational standards, ensuring branch sales targets are achieved
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar management role, ideally in a trade/builders merchant/retail, glazing or uPVC environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Commercial approach to drive sales and maximise margins, while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Full and valid driving license
