Trade Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Trade Branch Network. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and customer experience within your branch, while also developing and leading a small team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Develop Your Team: You will be responsible for leading and developing a small team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Drive Sales and Customer Experience: You will be responsible for driving sales and customer experience within your branch, working closely with customers to understand their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
- Manage Branch Operations: You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of your branch, including managing stock levels, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and ensuring that all health and safety procedures are followed.
- Support Regional Teams: You will work closely with regional teams to support recruitment and training initiatives, ensuring that all branch staff have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
- Competitive Salary: You will be rewarded with a very competitive basic salary of up to £40,000 per annum, plus a 10% Zone Allowance.
- Monthly Bonus Scheme: You will be eligible for an excellent monthly bonus scheme, which added to your salary is up to another £10,000 per year.
- New Branch Opening Bonus: You will be eligible for a New Branch Opening Bonus of up to £4,000.
- Benefits Package: You will be entitled to a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days holiday, plus statutory holidays, a free healthcare plan, enhanced maternity and paternity benefits, and a free life assurance plan.
