About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Croydon branch and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers and suppliers, building a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales, drivers, and warehouse staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage branch operations, including inventory management, logistics, and safety protocols.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with experience in sales, operations, and team management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop plans to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
