We are seeking an experienced Trade Branch Manager to lead our Croydon Branch and drive sales and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Hands-on leadership style with a focus on driving team to reach sales and branch targets

  • Customer-focused approach with a willingness to serve customers and proactively engage with potential future customers
  • Commercial approach to drive sales and maximize margins
  • Good organizational skills, drive, and leadership abilities to manage a branch effectively
  • A full and valid driving license is essential
