Job Title: Regional Trade Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Trade Manager to join our team at Eurocell Plc. As a Regional Trade Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Trade Branch Network and driving sales and customer experience within the branch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop relationships with customers and enhance the sales and customer experience within the branch
  • Manage team absences and deployment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and operational standards and ensure Branch sales targets are achieved
  • Support training and maintain training records for Branch staff
Requirements:
  • Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets
  • A commercial approach to drive sales and maximise margins, whilst ensuring our customers always walk away happy
  • A full and valid driving license is essential
  • Experience within a similar management role ideally in a trade/builders merchant/retail, glazing or uPVC environment could be a distinct advantage

  • A very competitive basic salary of up to £40,000 basic salary plus 10% Zone Allowance
