Regional Estates Manager

Are you a seasoned property professional looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a highly skilled Regional Estates Manager to join our team at Redefined Ltd.

About the Role

As a Regional Estates Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of retail properties across a designated region. Your primary focus will be on lease renewals, regears, and rent reviews, as well as providing input on property strategy for designated brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage lease events, including renewals, reviews, and regears, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide input on property strategy for designated brands, based on your knowledge of properties in your region and store performance.
  • Work closely with the Senior Regional Estates Manager and Head of Estates to ensure seamless delivery of property management services.
  • Liaise with external agents, solicitors, and building surveyors as needed, to ensure timely and cost-effective resolution of property-related issues.
  • Support acquisitions teams with information and data required for store relocation or upsize projects.
  • Process invoices and expense requests in a timely manner, in line with company policies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in retail property management, with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
  • Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
  • Excellent commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
