Regional Estates Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Estates Manager to join our team at Redefined Ltd. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a geographical area within which you will undertake work for all store brands within that region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Following agreed brand strategy, you will predominantly deal with lease renewals, regears, and rent reviews, as well as assisting with ad hoc property management issues to support the Property Management team.
  • You will work with the Senior Regional Estates Manager and Head of Estates to provide input on property strategy for designated brands based on your knowledge of properties in your region and provide recommendations based on store performance and business need.
  • You will manage external agents where appointed, liaise with solicitors and appointed building surveyors, and closely work with finance and accounts teams and property management teams within the company.

Requirements:

  • You will have a great attention to detail but without losing sight of the commercial aims and needs of the business.
  • You will have extensive knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Legislation, be well connected in property networks, and have a great knowledge of retail market trends.
  • You will have the ability to travel within your region and to make trips as needed to team events and meetings.
