Job Title: Trade Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trade Branch Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth in our Croydon branch.

About the Role:
  • Lead a small team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve branch operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to enhance the sales and customer experience.
  • Manage day-to-day branch operations, including team management, customer service, and sales performance.
  • Support the regional teams with recruitment and training initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in a similar management role, preferably in a trade or builders merchant environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to drive sales growth and improve branch operations.
  • Full and valid driving license.
