Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist to join our team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust.
Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity to work as a Senior Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Lead Practitioner, leading a small established DBT Team. The post holder will work very closely with other professionals within NELFT and external services.
Main Responsibilities- Clinical Skills: Provide specialist psychological assessment and treatment of clients across various care settings, including outpatient, community, primary care, and in-patient settings.
- Teaching, Training, and Supervision: Deliver DBT in a clinical setting, teach, train, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Service Development and Leadership: Lead the development of specialized psychological therapies, working with young people with complex trauma and disordered eating.
