About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our team at McIndoe Lodge in Staplehurst, East Grinstead. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, showcasing our luxurious one and two-bedroom apartments and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact customers who have shown interest in our developments to provide advice on their purchase and lifestyle
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a hassle-free and positive experience from enquiry to move-in day
- Work independently to achieve sales targets and budgeted selling prices for your development
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience within the retirement market or selling new homes
- Excellent customer relationship skills and a determination to succeed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider sales team
- Valid UK Driver's License required for site visits

Salary:
The estimated annual salary for this role is around £55,000, plus commission, making it an attractive opportunity for sales professionals looking to advance their careers in the retirement living sector.
