About the Role

Sytner MINI Slough is seeking a results-driven Sales Controller to lead our sales team. As a Sales Controller, you will be responsible for driving used car sales volume, sales profitability, and stock acquisition. You will develop and implement effective sales strategies to motivate your team and deliver industry-leading results while providing an exceptional customer experience.

About You

This role is ideal for an individual with a broad knowledge of used vehicle sales and purchases, and a proven track record in sales or sales management within the motor industry. You will have a natural passion for stock acquisition and set high standards to ensure our customers' journey aligns with our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive used car sales volume and sales profitability
  • Lead the sales team to deliver industry-leading results
  • Manage stock acquisition and ensure a high and profitable stock turn
  • Collaborate with the MINI Brand Manager to achieve sales targets
