About the role

Sytner MINI Slough is seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Controller to lead the used car sales team. As a Sales Controller, you will be responsible for driving sales volume, sales profitability, and stock acquisition. You will develop and implement effective sales plans to motivate the sales team to deliver industry-leading results and provide an outstanding customer experience.

About you

This role is ideal for an individual with a broad knowledge of used vehicle sales and purchases, and a proven track record in sales or sales management within the motor industry. You will have a natural passion for stock acquisition and set high standards to ensure the physical and digital customer journey aligns with our brand standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plans to drive sales volume and profitability
  • Lead the used car sales team to deliver industry-leading results
  • Manage stock acquisition and ensure a high and profitable stock turn
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience
