Youth Arts Programme Coordinator Job Description

Icon Theatre-1 is a leading theatre company based in Medway and Isle of Sheppey. We are seeking a skilled Youth Arts Programme Coordinator to join our team and coordinate our creative engagement programmes.

Main Duties:

  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of creative engagement programmes, working closely with the Artistic Director and Executive Director.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with schools, colleges, and community organizations to deliver programmes that meet the needs of local communities.
  • Manage the budget and resources for the Creative Engagement Programme, ensuring that programmes are delivered within budget and to a high standard.
  • Monitor and evaluate programme delivery, making recommendations for improvement and developing strategies to improve outcomes.
  • Support the Creative Engagement Lead in the development and delivery of new projects and initiatives.

Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum
