Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll and Accounting Assistant to join our team at Search. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll end-to-end for multiple clients on a weekly/monthly basis
- Review payroll reports to identify errors and rectify in a timely manner
- Perform data entry for bank transactions and invoices
- Maintain and track financial records for multiple clients
- Utilize Sage for data entry and payroll management
Requirements:
- 1 year of payroll experience
- 1 year of bookkeeping experience
- Proficient in Sage or Xero
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
