Blackwood are currently looking for a Team Leader to join our care home team in Aberdeen.

Operating in a 24/7 residential setting, our Raeden Court Care Home, with a current grade 5 from the Care Inspectorate, provide both complex and person-lead care, making sure that our customers receive care and support services that is in line with their personal support plans.

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and flexible individuals who can inspire and lead their team to deliver professional, personalised and outcome focused care to customers within our residential care home.- Experience of managing a care team, ideally within a Care Home setting.- Experience of motivating a team to deliver personalised, outcomes-based care- The ability to effectively manage shifts and rotas for their team- Strong IT skills and a keen interest in using technology to deliver care services- A relevant qualification (SVQ4), not essential as training will be given- Flexibility to work on a rota basis, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
