About the Role:
As a Commercial Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a close relationship with the customer to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results
- Planning, negotiating, and implementing joint business plans (JBP) to achieve business objectives
- Owning the financial and volume sales and operations planning (S&OP) cycle to ensure alignment with business goals
- Managing promotional funding and trade spend to optimize business performance
- Driving cross-category thought leadership with the customer to identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in FMCG national account management, with a strong track record of delivering business growth and results
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for consumer goods and business development
