Senior HR Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our Human Resources department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice and support to our business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, policies, and procedures
  • Manage employee grievances and tribunals
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business growth and development

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partnering role
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
