About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Johnson Controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule planned maintenance and reactive works for a team of engineers, ensuring timely completion and optimal resource utilization.
  • Manage engineer diaries, including re-scheduling works to cover absences or emergency tasks, maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, responding to planning and admin queries from both internal and external customers.
Requirements
  • Proven customer service skills and experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
  • A strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer proficiency with the ability to handle multiple PC applications simultaneously.
