HR Director Employee Relations
">About the Role:We are seeking an experienced HR Director to lead our employee relations team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for handling complex cases, grievance management, and conflict resolution. You will work closely with senior leadership and managers across the business to provide expert guidance and ensure compliance with employment law.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR issues, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on sensitive HR matters and complex casework.
This role offers a competitive salary of £65,000-£70,000 per annum, plus benefits, including a 12-month fixed-term contract and 4 days office-based work (1 day home working). The location is South-East London.
Requirements:- Significant experience in employee relations and grievance management, with a proven track record of handling complex, high-stakes cases.
- CIPD level 7 qualification
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
