In this role, you will lead the central HR/ER team in managing caseloads, senior employee cases, and employee concerns. You will also ensure compliance with public sector rules and regulations while promoting a transparent working environment.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £85,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.

Main Areas of Responsibility
  • Manage the central HR/ER team in driving pace and rigour through caseload management and senior employee cases.
  • Ensure all employee relations activities comply with public sector rules and regulations.
  • Foster a fair and transparent working environment for all employees.
