Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join our client, a well-established Main Contractor in the Social Housing sector. The successful candidate will work closely with residents, site managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth delivery of maintenance works and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with residents to address any concerns or issues related to site safety, welfare, and quality control.
  • Support site managers in highlighting potential concerns and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Produce and distribute literature to residents regarding upcoming works and project details.
  • Record and report complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide ongoing support to residents during maintenance works.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated individual with experience in customer care in the Social Housing sector.
  • Ability to work independently with managerial guidance.
  • Full valid UK driving license and own vehicle.
  • Good understanding of construction processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office IT applications, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
