Residential Support Worker Opportunity in Lincolnshire

Are you a dedicated individual passionate about supporting young people in care? We are currently partnering with a wonderful client based in Lincolnshire, seeking an experienced Residential Support Worker to join their team at two 4-5 bed homes for individuals aged 9-17. This role provides a stable, supportive environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of young people.
Why this role?
- A stale contract with guaranteed hours and a set period, providing stability and the chance to work closely with young individuals.
- Flexible shift patterns, including 8-hour, 12-hour, and sleep-in shifts, integrated into the existing rota for a supportive team.
- An attractive hourly rate of £13.00 - £14.50 per hour, offering job security and the chance to build strong relationships with colleagues and young people.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to young people, helping them develop life skills and reach their full potential.
- Offer guidance and assistance in daily activities, promoting positive behavior and safety.
