Company Overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for Lincolnshire County Council as a temporary Social Worker within the FAST Team.
Salary: £38 per hour umbrella, providing a competitive hourly rate.
Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking Initial Assessments under Section 17 of the Children's Act of 1989, Core Assessments and Child Protection Enquiries under Section 47, assessments using the Common Assessment Framework, Age Assessments, and providing Section 17 support to families and children in need. They will also conduct home visits for monitoring purposes and liaise with partnership agencies to support families and meet the needs of children and young people.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, applicants must hold a recognised social work qualification and be SWE registered, with at least 3 years post-qualifying experience.
