Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our Children's Services team at North East Lincolnshire Council.


About the Role


As a Social Worker, you will work closely with children, young people, and their families to provide high-quality social work practice and make a lasting difference in their lives.


Key Responsibilities



  • Provide expert social work practice to children and families in need of support
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies to deliver effective services
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored support plans to meet individual needs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress
  • Participate in regular case supervision and contribute to service development and improvement

  • HCPC registration as a Social Worker
