Job Overview

This role offers a genuine opportunity to make a positive impact on families by working with our team to provide a comprehensive service that supports the physical, psychological, educational, and emotional wellbeing of children and young people.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver a high-quality service to families, promoting their overall wellbeing and providing support where needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other agencies, including Early Years teams, Early Help, Housing, and Social Care, to ensure a seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with families, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Contribute to the development of new initiatives and programs that promote family wellbeing and improve outcomes for children and young people.
Requirements
  • A registered nurse (paediatric/adult/mental health/learning disabilities) with a current NMC registration.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A good understanding of clinical governance and the CQC standards for community practice.
  • The ability to work in a changing environment and support others in that situation.
  • Commitment to working collaboratively and in partnership with Early Help and Social Care colleagues to improve outcomes for children and young people.
