**About You**

We are looking for team players that are enthusiastic and have experience or an understanding of caring and supporting those who may have dealt with challenges or may have emotional, behavioural, learning or physical needs.
- You may have studied or undertaken a relevant qualification and are looking for an opportunity to demonstrate your skills.
- You may have also completed a work placement in the care sector.

**The Role**

You will be working alongside children and young people in a residential setting. We need people that can have fun, are motivated but also determined and resilient.

You will be given lots of training to therapeutically work with our young people and you will work as part of a dedicated, caring team to ensure we are giving the best support possible.

When you join us, you will be working to a rota which will be completed as shifts including long days and sleep-ins. Rotas are provided in advance, although some flexibility may be required.

We are looking for committed, motivated and resilient workers who have a passion and ambition to support UASC and Care Leavers aged 16 to 18 years old to develop their independence in preparation for adult life, whilst keeping them safe in a homely and nurturing environment.
