Stable Contract Residential Support Worker

NonStop Consulting are currently partnered with a wonderful client based in Lincolnshire. We are looking for an experienced Residential Support Worker to join the team at two 4-5 bed homes for young people aged 9-17.

WHY THIS ROLE?
- STABLE CONTRACT: With guaranteed hours and a contract offered for a set period, this role provides stability and the chance to work closely with young individuals, helping them develop essential life skills and promoting positive behaviour. You will have a direct impact on their safety, wellbeing, and growth.
- FLEXIBLE HOURS: The role offers flexible shift patterns, including 8-hour, 12-hour, and sleep-in shifts, with shifts integrated into the existing rota, ensuring you are part of a supportive team that facilitates your life and work preferences. This position offers job security and the chance to build strong relationships with colleagues and the young people in your care.
- ATTRACTIVE HOURLY RATE: Candidates should have experience in children's homes and ideally an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. In return, we offer competitive pay (£13.00 - £14.50 per hour) and the opportunity to grow professionally in a rewarding role.
