Children's Residential Care Practitioner

About the Role
As a key member of our Children's Residential Care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our homes. You will work closely with colleagues to create a nurturing environment that fosters growth, development, and resilience.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Supervising and supporting children and young people in our care
- Leading shifts and coordinating care planning with colleagues
- Developing and maintaining relationships with children, families, and other professionals
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about working with children and young people
- Has experience in a care or residential setting
- Is able to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is committed to ongoing learning and development
