Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Wrexham, Mold, Flint, and surrounding areas of North Wales. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to our clients with spinal injuries and additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care and support to clients with spinal injuries and additional needs
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care and mobility
  • Liaise with clients' families and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Participate in manual handling procedures and maintain accurate records
  • Support clients to engage in social activities and maintain their independence

Requirements:

  • NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Experience of working with clients with spinal injuries and additional needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
