We are seeking genuinely compassionate, hands-on Female* Care Assistants who are passionate about improving the quality of life for those we support. As a Care Assistant, you will assist individuals in gaining greater independence in their daily routines while collaborating within a dynamic team to support a wonderful group of people.

Our supported living service in Mold offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring that no two days are alike. You will enhance the lives of those we support by teaching them essential life skills, assisting with personal care, and encouraging them to engage with their local communities, socialize, and participate in various activities. One day, you might be out in the community with those we support, and the next, you could be taking them to and from day services, enjoying films, or engaging in different activities within the service.

This role is perfect for someone eager to make a significant impact on another's life and help them build confidence and independence, whether that involves preparing meals independently or planning a holiday.

We value both the right experience and the right values in our Care Assistants. Therefore, at this service, our Care Assistants should possess a full UK manual driving license, demonstrate resilience, flexibility, and composure in their approach, and have experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice, as well as experience working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors.
