We are looking for genuinely compassionate, hands-on Female Support Assistants who are passionate about improving the quality of life for those we support. As a Support Assistant, you will help individuals gain more independence in their daily routines while collaborating within a dynamic team to support a wonderful group of people.

Our supported living service in Mold provides a warm and friendly atmosphere, ensuring that no two days are alike. You will enhance the lives of those we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, and encouraging them to engage with their local communities through social activities.

One day, you might be out in the community with those we support, and the next, you could be transporting them to and from day services, enjoying films, or participating in various activities within the service.

This role is perfect for someone eager to make a significant impact on another person's life, helping them grow in confidence and independence to achieve their goals, whether it's preparing a meal independently or going on a holiday.

Therefore, at this service, our Support Assistants should possess a full UK manual driving license, be resilient, flexible, and composed in their approach, and have experience in following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice, as well as working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors.
