We're seeking genuinely compassionate, hands-on Female* Care Assistants who are dedicated to improving the quality of life for those we support. In this role, you will assist individuals in gaining greater independence in their daily routines while collaborating with a dynamic team to support a wonderful group of people.

Our supported living service in Mold offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring that each day presents new and rewarding experiences. You will enhance the lives of those we support by teaching essential life skills, aiding with personal care, and encouraging participation in local community activities and social events. One day may involve community outings, while another could be spent engaging in various activities within the service.

This role is perfect for someone eager to make a meaningful impact in someone's life, helping them build confidence and independence to achieve their personal goals, whether that involves preparing meals independently or enjoying a holiday.

We value both the right experience and the right values in our Care Assistants. Therefore, candidates should possess a full UK manual driving license, demonstrate resilience, flexibility, and composure, and have experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice, as well as working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviours.
