We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care and support to clients with complex needs, including spinal injuries and mental health conditions.
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and meal preparation.
- Liaise with clients' families and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
- Participate in manual handling procedures and maintain accurate and confidential records.
- Support clients to maintain their independence and engage in social activities, such as visiting friends and family, and participating in community events.
- NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
- Experience of working with clients with challenging behaviors and spinal injuries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full clean driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.50-£14.00.
