About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with complex health needs in their own homes.

Our ideal candidate will have a kind and caring nature, flexibility, and reliability. You will be responsible for providing personal care, medication, moving and handling, and managing clinical equipment. You will also help to cover existing clients' shifts and assist in starting new care packages.
