About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Support Worker to join our Care in the Home division in Wrexham, Mold, Flint, and surrounding areas of North Wales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients with spinal injuries and additional needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Liaise with clients' families and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in manual handling procedures and maintain accurate and confidential records.
  • Support clients to engage in social activities, such as meeting friends, watching movies, and visiting family.
Requirements
  • NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
  • Experience of dealing with clients with challenging behaviors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS.
