Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Advisor to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a pivotal role in providing first-class proactive support and leadership on all aspects of employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR advice, guidance, coaching, and support on all people-related matters to our client's Managers.
  • Support and upskill our client's Managers to 'be better than yesterday.'
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
  • Stay up-to-date with employment law and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence in HR service delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience in a HR Advisor position with a proven track record of providing complex HR advice and coaching managers.
  • HR qualification such as CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience using HRIS and analysis and interpretation of data is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
